The changes in my life have helped me become the person whom I am today. Coping with change is a major part in my life at this time. As of April 2007, I met my dad for the first time in my life. That was a big change in my life sense I had never met him before. It was a change due to never being around and never contacting our family before I was 18 years old and only a month away from graduation from high school.
The first day of my senior year was a change. Due to the fact that I was again at the top of the high school, and that my younger brother, Josh, would be starting at the high school as a freshman. I was worried about it at first but in the end it was ok. A couple of other changes that happened that year consisted of a car wreck and a break-up. The guy that I was dating at the time decided that he wasn’t going to talk to me anymore so we broke up. We had been together a year and seven months. It was a hard break-up. The day after we broke up I got into a terrible car wreck that caused me to no longer have a vehicle. It happened in front of Dillon’s and Taco Bell. My vehicle was totaled, which then allowed me to get a new vehicle.
Going from high school to college was a big change even though it was still in the same town. It was a change due to the fact that it is a bigger environment than high school, and you are able to decide what you want to take.

Introduction
Hello everyone, I am Jennifer Joiner. I have a younger brother, named Josh who is 3 years younger than I am. He is a sophmore at El Dorado High School. I graduated from El Dorado High School in El Dorado, KS in 2007. I played volleyball for 5 years, and was on my high schools bowling team for 2 years. I have a great-grandmother who is deaf, which leads to having to know Sign Language. Sign language was basically my first language.
